Horse Riding

Oh WOW! Yesterday, A wonderful life time friend invited me out to her brother's-in-law house to ride her horses. I love riding and because it's spring break I had lots of time to have some fun. Well, I mostly stuck with her older quieter horse Lacy because I'm not the best horse-woman:) Hannah, on the other hand had everything under control when it came to dealing with Glory...a part Arabian younger horse that had lots of spirit. I tried riding her for like 20 seconds and I figured out that I did not enjoy the adrenalin rush while trying to stay put in the saddle.
Anyways, I got some awesome pictures of Hannah working with Glory. Hannah is an amazing horse trainer and she always knew what she had to do to get Glory to calm down. Over all it was an amazing day!
Okay, this was while I was trying to get Glory to cooperate. Pardon the not smiling and flippy hair-doo...Lots of wind and lots of concentration:) Thanks Hannah for getting this pic.
Trying to calm her and keep her under control. I think her Arabian streak was pumping through her blood:)

Here, Hannah is trying to get Glory to do what Hannah wants her to do and not what Glory wants to do. Kinda a stubborn horse if you ask me... but very beautiful!

Loved this one in black and white.
You can really see the her Arabian head in this shot.
No animals were hurt in the making of these photos. Lol!
Its a long story, but it took like 20 min to get these next couple of shots. No joke. I think it was worth it though Lol.

He Will Care for You

Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. If then God so clothe the grass... how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?

Misc. March

These are just some random pictures from the past week or so. Sorry for the lack of photos for this blog, but....school is pretty hectic right now. Next week is spring break and I'm SOOOOO looking forward to that. I might even have time to take some pics of something! Lol
 My sweeter then ever niece...Kylie!

We were at the park and this robin let me get unusually close so I snapped a pic. Not bad huh?

My youngest brother Joey (Joe) graciously let me pose him for a pic. He was in a pretty good mood so it was pretty easy:)
I really like this one. Kinda reminds me of Tom Sawyer or Huckleberry Fin. He said he was looking for snails:)

Okay, Majority rules. Here are the promised pictures. I have to tell you though...it might be kinda graphic for some of you. So if you don't like seeing some pretty graphic pictures of puppy birth then I wouldn't recommend scrolling down:)

Here is number two on the way.

Emmi did a wonderful job. She cut the sack and cleaned each one of them. Instincts are amazing things.

Hannah was there the whole time...making sure each one didn't have complications and catching each one and laying if safely on the ground for Emmi to do her work.

So small and helpless. Their cries were so precious sounding.

 Emmi cleaning her pup.

Hannah finished drying them all off while Emmi was contracting. She also helped them latch on when Emmi was laying still.

Puppies!!!

An amazing friend of mine just had puppies!!! No...wait, she didn't have puppies, her dog Emmi did. Actually Emmi isn't her dog she is her brother's dog...but the dad is part hers. Are you confused yet?
Anyway they are really excited about the seven new members of the family and so am I. I was able to witness two of the births...AMAZING!!! I refrained from posting pics of that, but if you want me to...leave a comment and I'll go with the majority:) Lol.
Adorable!
