Calamity Jane

I have been volunteering at the Kansas Humane Society for a couple of weeks now and I finally got a dog that was there. Her name is Calamity Jane, but we just call her Cal. She is the prettiest thing you will ever see...even if she is a little lax on manners:-)
She is the perfect little lap dog...here is Anna holding her.

She is a designer dog called an Imo Inu which is a Sheba Inu and an American Eskimo mix. Don't you love that curled tail?

Look at that face! I love my Cal!

Ultimate Frisbee!

So I thought I would share with you some pictures of one of my fav sports...Ultimate Frisbee! Thank you Rachel for taking these pics for me...I was playing and it's so much fun I couldn't even bring myself to stop and take a few pics:-)
I don't know how Ben can jump so high...this was an amazing catch!

I'm not even going to try and name everybody. This game is so amazingly fun! And the people we play with are all just totally awesome!

Transparent Screen Allusion

Ok so this was fun! My sister's boyfriend James got this idea from the web and I needed a "framed" picture for my class so he helped me figure out how to do it. It took awhile, but we finally figured it out. I couldn't have done it without him...and it turned out so cool! Thanks James for the idea and help! It was tons of fun!

Melissa Photo-op

One of my amazing friends asked me to take some pictures of her so that she could send some of them to her parents and family in Papua New Guinea. They are missionaries there and I know they would appreciate your prayers with the work they are doing there. Melissa stayed here in the states to finish her college education in Communications. Let me know what you think of these...which is your fav?

She is so beautiful...it was pretty easy taking pics of her:)

At the place she is staying there is a really cool bridge where we snapped some pics on.

 :)

I love this one on the picnic table!

The lighting was pretty good when you stayed in the shade of the trees.

I never did one like this before, but I thought it turned out pretty well...what do you think?
